Last updated: 29 October 2026
Welcome to Sent From The North Pole. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using our website and buying our digital products. By browsing or purchasing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Sent From The North Pole is an Australian store selling personalised digital Christmas letter packs for families. Contact us at sftnp365@gmail.com.
Our products
We sell digital downloads (PDF letter packs and related files). When you buy, you receive a personal licence to download, print, and use the files for your own household. You may print extra copies for the same child if pages are lost or damaged.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publish the files, or use them for a business, school programme, or group without our written permission. Each Extra Child Pack is for one additional child in your household.
Accounts and checkout
You are responsible for providing accurate order and email details so we can deliver your download. Keep your download files safe. We are not responsible for loss after a successful delivery if files are deleted from your device.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.
Personalisation
Our letters include fillable name fields so you can type your child's first name. You are responsible for checking spelling before you print. We cannot edit a downloaded file for you after purchase, but we will help if a file is faulty.
Age and content
Our letters are written for families with children roughly three to ten years old. Parents and carers decide whether the story suits their child. The store is operated for adult customers who purchase on behalf of their family.
Intellectual property
All stories, artwork, branding, and site content belong to Sent From The North Pole or our licensors. Buying a pack does not transfer ownership of the copyright.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute arises, we hope to resolve it kindly by email first.
