About

Hello, friend.

I am Ziggy, Chief Elf of the North Pole, and these letters are how I find my way to your kitchen table each December.

Sent from the North Pole began as a simple wish: that a child could wake to a real letter written just for them, folded into an envelope, and left where curiosity lives. No cartoons. No rush. Just aged paper, a little candlelight, and a story that grows warmer as Christmas Eve draws near.

This year is Christmas 2026, Volume One. Twenty-five A5 letters about the Lost Believing Bell, the quiet spark that helps Christmas feel real. You type your child's name once, print at home on white paper, and leave one letter each day. When December ends, tuck them back into their envelopes and keep the set in a small box labelled Christmas 2026, Volume One.

I write for Australian families with children about three to ten. The days are short on purpose. About two minutes is enough. Warmth matters more than homework.

More adventures are planned for later years, including keepsake boxes and envelopes you can hold in your hands. For now, the letters are all you need.

With love from the North Pole,
Ziggy
